Background Information: Not every story is a fairy tale
Personality:
He wears masks, literally and metaphorically. On the surface, Kakashi is a laid-back, aloof guy who does not seem to take anything, himself included serious. He wants the world to see this, it's an armor he has grown after years of trauma, his past has brought about a lot of growth and change to who he is as a person. But, it is also kept him incapable of getting too close. Yes, he has friends, yes, he cares about people but Kakashi is careful with his feelings. He learned to use them too late and had them hurt too often after.
He believes teamwork and protecting your friends comes above all else, a stark change from his younger years. He believes this so wholeheartedly that until Team 7 he never passed anyone to allow them to begin training. If you can not protect your friends then in the eyes of Kakashi you are less than scum. This is a man who will lay down his very life for his comrades. He regrets his mistakes and strives every day to make up for them, learn from them, grown from them. And above all else, not repeat them.
He can be an aloof man, spending most of his free time alone, visiting his two childhood friends graves. He is blunt in his speech when not putting on his lackadaisical routine. Saying what he thinks without mincing words or caring if it offends someone. He will pretend to not want responsibility, yet when it comes time to prove that, he is always the one in the lead to do what has to be done.
With his intelligence, experience, dedication to Konoha, and natural prowess as a ninja Kakashi is a natural-born leader. He has proven this since he was young, graduating from the academy at 5, he was a chunnin not long after and a Jonin before he was a teenager.

No mask (rare to see him like this)
Sharingan (Only shown in battle)
Day to day bad ass? Or something witty
Abilities: In society those who don't have many abilities tend to complain more.
Permissions:
Physical Contact: He is not what you would call an affectionate person, however, he is not going to violently shove someone for a hug or a handshake, or a hand to shoulder. If the right CR is established he may even initiate some form of physical contact. With how distant he can tend to keep himself, anything physical IE sex or relationships would take significant CR, rather handwaved or otherwise.
OOC I am good with it, want to try and flirt him up, give him a hug, do more than that, give it a shot. As long as you understand what it means IC to him and how he will respond.
Violent Physical Contact: I mean he is not actively seeking it but if you want to, go head. I am game, he will be game if it's what's got to be done. Let's hash out what each character brings to it and rumble
Mind Read or Mind Control: Its canon, I mean go ahead, contact me and I can tell you what they can find or use to mess with him with. There is more than enough trauma there for it.
